What we do

Many people we support simply want company and conversation. In this current climate many people feel isolated and alone.  They cannot see family members or friends as often as they would like, or they may have been recently bereaved and are finding it hard to adjust. Loneliness can have serious effects on a person’s health and Sunflower Care and Companionship aims to prevent loneliness through its befriending service.

 

For many people both young and old, the support from a caring individual can be life changing and enhancing. Our aim at Sunflower is to do just that; offer you or your loved ones a trusted carer who can provide individual support packages, enabling our older community to continue to live a fulfilling life in their own home.
